Returns and Exchanges
Every item in our store is custom printed on demand specifically for your order. This means each product is created individually rather than produced in bulk, and as a result we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or decisions made after the order has been placed. We ask that you carefully check all product details, measurements and size charts before completing your purchase to ensure that the item you choose is right for you.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, such as a defect, misprint, damage in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it so we can make things right. When you get in touch, include your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Once we review the information and confirm the problem, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not appropriate in your situation, we will provide a refund instead.
Requests made after 30 days may still be considered at our discretion, and in some cases we may offer a discounted replacement if the issue falls outside the standard claims period.
Please be aware that we cannot offer assistance for issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our control. This includes situations such as ordering the wrong size, deciding the item no longer suits your preferences, or delays that occur after the product has been shipped.
If a refund is approved, it is processed by us within 72 hours. Your financial institution may require additional time to complete the transaction and for the funds to appear on your statement.
